I came across something today that I wanted to share.  Often times, in rough situations, we try to make sense of things and comment that God will never give us more than we can handle. This is not true. As a matter of fact God often gives us more than we can handle. We humans have this way of making everything about ourselves.  Even when we think we are making things about God.  This is yet again just one more example of it.  God demonstrates throughout scripture, people that are in situations that seem impossible to over come, by God’s grace alone are able to overcome their circumstances. You see, we have it backwards yet again.  It’s not about us. It’s about God. It’s not about our abilities. It’s about God’s abilities.  He doesn’t give us more than HE can handle. He always has a bigger plan.  We may not be able to see it, or understand it, but he knows what he is doing.
